JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensures that the incoming queries & requests to the MD/executives and departments are handled in an efficient manner, monitors responses and plans / organizes the MD / executives and departments schedule on a regular basis. Coordination with the German headquaters in all relevant administration procedures.

  • Types confidential correspondence, letters, faxes, memos, emails and business case reports.
  • Provides the MD/executives and departments a comprehensive information system by maintaining relevant records / statistics.
  • Independently maintains / files all the records / correspondence relating to the MD / departments Head’s office.
  • using a computer for word processing, spreadsheets and databases and email
  • answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries
  • making appointments and keeping diaries for several people
