Introducing Biostick, an USB Memory Stick with biometric authentication, AGT, a leading supplier of premier security products, solutions and services, substantially increases the level of security in using personal data storage devices. During the GITEX currently taking place in Dubai the sophisticated 128 MB version of the Biostick is available. The retail price is 850 AED. For the moment, the AGT Biostick comes in two versions, a 128 MB and a 256 MB version, larger storage capacities will be offered as early as 2004. "In the past, if you lost your memory stick everyone could spy out your stored, confidential data, manipulate it and even use it for criminal acts. In addition, no software needs to be installed thereby making the Biostick ready to use on any PC or laptop," he adds.
